You may be eligible to take part in a clinical research study focused on finding better treatments for arthritis.
What is Arthritis?
Arthritis is a general term used to describe over 100 related conditions that affect the joints. The most common symptoms include chronic pain, stiffness, and swelling, which can limit movement and affect quality of life.
In Canada, one in six adults aged 15 years and older report living with arthritis. While there is currently no cure, ongoing research is helping develop new therapies that may reduce pain, improve mobility, and make daily activities easier.
Why Participate in a Research Study?
By joining an arthritis research study, you can help researchers test new treatments aimed at managing symptoms and improving quality of life for people living with arthritis. Participants may also receive study-related medical care and assessments at no cost.
