Monitor Information Regarding COVID-19 : Updated July 12, 2022

At this time, Milestone Research is not allowing any monitoring visits from those travelling from outside of Canada. If you have a confirmed case of COVID-19, have been in close contact with anyone with COVID-19 or have any signs/symptoms, we ask that you contact us by phone or e-mail to reschedule.

To help us reduce exposure/transmission of COVID-19, we ask that you follow our office procedures outlined below:
– All monitors are required to provide their own PPE (Gloves, masks, etc.).
– Upon arrival, please check-in with our staff member in our research clinic office.
– Once screened, a member of the research team will take your temperature and then direct you to the appropriate room to conduct your visit.

Please be patient with us. Currently, we are only booking one monitoring visit per day.

***As this is a busy time of year for Monitoring visits, please allow ample time between notices and requests for additional visits to our office.***
